50 Days and a Wake-up!

WOW! This week I started getting nervous. There is so much to do before I leave; Packing, change of address forms, etc. Next month, I will be resigning my position with the bank and then off I go. I just can't believe how close it is.

I am mentally prepared,no doubt. Everything I am supposed to have memorized (Soldier Creed, ranks, alphabet)is in my head. What I am most nervous about is the gas chamber, the repel tower and showering with other females. The physical part of it, yeah, it sucks but I know I will get it.

Thinking about keeping my hair in corn rows through Basic Training. I have never done it but it will be low maintenance. We'll see.
